YARD SALE

December 5th, 2009
Once again we will be having a Yard Sale on the same date as the Lanikai Craft Fair – December 5th running from 8-2. Thanks already to all the great offers to volunteer and bring in donations. We’ll be needing help to sort and price on Friday night and sell on Saturday. Any questions about the Yard Sale part can be directed to Jan Reichelderfer (janr@hawaii.rr.com, 263-0502). There are additional plans for food sales, craft tables, recycling, a Boutique sales area, face painting – let us know your ideas and what you’d like to contribute! Important Information

 

During the Orientation Meeting held at the School on August 26th, 2009, Ms. Garcia presented parents a brief overview of the upcoming Big Island Trip.  Deirdre Leyne, the Trip’s Treasurer, updated parents on the current state of the Fundraising Budget and passed out the Financial Agreement to those present.

 

The current update for the Big Island Fundraising Budget is available to all by simply clicking below.

 

The most important information at this time for parents is to remember the following dates:

 

September 1, 2009

Financial Agreement due from all Families.

 

 

September 9, 2009

Chaperone Volunteer Form Due

 

 

September 30, 2009

 

First Payment Due as per Financial Agreement Outline.
